Launching from Summerland is a fantastic way to spend your time on Lake Okanagan. Situated only 10km from Penticton, and still within cruising distance to Kelowna, you can go nearly anywhere from this central location!
The town of Summerland has plenty of amenities, so either stocking up for your day on the water or simply picking up something you forgot is super easy. The boat launch is located inside the beautiful Peach Orchard Park, great for a picnic or letting the little ones run around and burn some energy!

- Has a 2 lane boat ramp
- Free parking with enough space for some vehicles with trailers
- Relatively free flowing launch, with good one way traffic. Busier days see some congestion which slows things down a bit
- One longer dock with enough room for one boat on either side to temporarily moor without disrupting others launching
