Soorimpt Boat Launch

Located about 8km north of Penticton and 10km south of Summerland on Highway 97, this boat launch is a great choice on busy summer days at it is generally not busy. It has 10-12 trailer parking stalls, and additional car parking on site. The ramp, depending on water levels, can be a little shallow, so this is something to be aware of. There is no dock for mooring, however there are beaches with good approaches on either side to shore up on.

- Good amount of free parking for both trailers and cars
- Small staging area in circular formation, no issues for larger boats
- No dock to tie up to so the only option is bringing your vessel up on the beach or anchoring in the water
